5. Infrastructure of the Industrial Park:
Advantage:
– Strategically located, located next to the Cai Mep deep-water port cluster, convenient for import and export of goods, with a natural gas supply system, located near main roads connecting to Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces , large land fund suitable for large-scale projects.
– Internal traffic system: internal roads of the industrial park have a width of 15 m to 24 m (road width from 31 m to 63 m)
– Power supply system: 22KV line is pre-connected to the foot of the factory fence of the land lessees.
– Clean water supply system: Connected from a water plant with a capacity of 50,000 m3/day and night and pre-connected pipes to the fences of the plots of land.

6. Support incentives when investing in industrial parks in Ba Ria Vung Tau province
– Preferential corporate income tax rate is 17% for 10 consecutive years from the first year the enterprise has revenue from the project. When this preferential tax rate expires, businesses will switch to applying the 20% tax rate.
– Tax exemption for 2 years and 50% reduction for the next 4 years from the date of taxable income.
+ The tax exemption and reduction period is calculated continuously from the first year the enterprise has taxable income from the project;
+ In case the enterprise has no taxable income in the first three years (from the first year of revenue from the project), the tax exemption and reduction period is calculated from the fourth year.
– Import tax: Enterprises are exempt from import tax on imported goods according to regulations
7. About land leasing price
Infrastructure usage fee 138 USD/m2/1 project life cycle until 2058, price does not include VAT (Note: land rental price depends on location and amount of land leased)
-Annual land rent: adjusted according to the Decision on land price list of the Provincial People’s Committee.
– Industrial park management and maintenance fee: 0.65 USD/m2/year and will be adjusted annually.
– Clean water supply fee: 12,500 VND/m3 (~0.5 USD/m3)
– Wastewater treatment fee: 0.4 USD/m3
– Electricity supply price: According to the price schedule prescribed by Dien Luc
